1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using QuikQ, you agree to these terms. If you use QuikQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
QuikQ lets you create, share, and grade online tests and quizzes. The free plan is provided as-is and features may change as the product evolves. Paid plans, when introduced, will carry their own additional terms.
3. Your Content
You own the tests, quizzes, and questions you create. You grant us the rights needed to host and deliver that content to the people you share it with. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use QuikQ to collect sensitive personal data without consent, to harass or discriminate, to distribute malware or spam, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Assessment Results
QuikQ provides scoring and anti-cheat signals as decision support. You are responsible for how you use assessment results, including compliance with employment and education laws that apply to you.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
QuikQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
